PRIVACY POLICY

HumorSphere provides a mailing ezine that requires email addresses of subscribers. Although the ezine is g -> pg-13 rated, in accordance with children's privacy rights, by entering your email to join the list, or using the tell-a-friend service with the obvious Humorsphere subscribe box, then you are confirming that you are aged at least 13 years or older.

Humorsphere fully respects the privacy of its subscribers and thus will not pass on, rent or disclose subscribers email addresses. Only in the event of law or court demands would the mailing list be disclosed. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time using the Easy to use instructions in the newsletter.

On site, any data that is collected through polls or surveys is done so anonymously, with the purpose being to gain a better view of the demographics of the sites visitors.

Humorsphere uses an outside ad agency for delivering adverts, and they might use cookies to track visitors.

HumorSphere cannot be held responsible for any of the sites it links to (be aware that some of them might contain content that could be deemed by some as being R-rated). Also, please refer to those sites own privacy policies for information on how they protect individuals rights to privacy.

The Flash animations were created by Humorsphere. Some of them are available for use on your own website - Click Here for Details.

The vast majority of jokes are believed to be public domain, submitted since 2001 by site visitors and from other sites.

For those pictures that have a Copyright notice either on the picture or directly underneath them, I have sought direct permission from the photographer for their inclusion on this site - please do not copy them or use them on any site without the permission of the photographer.

Many of the photos without notice, I continue to attempt to trace the origins for and I want to credit as many as possible. If you see a photo of yours or know who took any of the uncredited submitted pictures please contact me so I can either give proper credit, or if you want the picture removed I shall do so asap - Email Rob with the necessary details.
